Fresh Food. Fresh Ideas. Fresh Delivery.

Terms and Conditions

All food is freshly prepared using the finest ingredients available. We reserve the right to make substitutions due to unavailability. Any substitutions will be made to the same standard and price.

Our products are made in the same kitchen so please be advised that our products may contain traces of allergens. Our kitchen is not a nut free environment. Some products may contain alcohol. Please request more information if you suffer from an allergy.

We guarantee to provide the number of portions as agreed between ourselves and the client. For staffed events we reserve the right to remove any food after the event that we no longer consider to be in a condition acceptable to our standards. Any remaining food becomes the responsibility of the client once we are no longer present.

Collection of any equipment will be made the following working day unless a same day collection is requested. Clients need to ensure all items are ready for collection at a central point. Any missing, chipped or broken items will be charged for. If a driver is required to return to collect missing items a £10.00 charge would apply. Any collections after 17.00 will incur a £10.00 charge. For deliveries before 08.00 please contact the team for a quote.

We always endeavour to deliver the refreshments by the requested time but this is not always possible due to circumstances beyond our control. The company cannot be held responsible for late deliveries out of our control which include traffic, an act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion. We will however keep the customer informed on any estimated late arrival of goods and services.

In the unfortunate instance that you may have a complaint relating to our service or food, this would need to be sent to us in writing within 12 hours of the order or event. Please retain any food items which have not met your expectations, and we will arrange for a driver to come and collect in order for us to fully investigate the matter.

The company is not liable for any failure to provide any services due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion.

Unless you have a pre-arranged credit account we will require payment in full before your order will be dispatched.

We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue invoices as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

A further invoice may be prepared after the event to accommodate any additional costs incurred such as breakages, damage to linen or an increase in guest numbers and drinks provided by Masons Kitchen. This invoice will become due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation or amendments must be in writing and cancellations and amendments which reach us less than 2 working days before the function must be paid in full. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days.

Any damage, breakage or loss to items supplied by Masons Kitchen and caused by persons other than Masons Kitchen staff is the liability of the client. Full replacement costs for such items are required.

If required, Masons Kitchen will engage staff on the clients’ behalf. Whilst all staff are known to us, Masons Kitchen cannot accept liability for any member of staff.
